I am running Java 1.5 how do I clear my cache?
Description: Your Java cache is a temporary storage area where frequently accessed data can be stored for rapid access. Once the data is stored in the cache, future use can be made by accessing the cached copy rather than having to download the Elluminate content every time you enter a session, therefore lowering your connection time. Sometimes we have to ask you to remove this content so that we can confirm that what you have in storage is complete and current. Solution: Windows: Java Web Start version 1.5 (J2SE 5) Mac: Version J2SE 5 · Open your Finder · Select Applications · Select and Open your Utilities folder · Select and Open you Java folder · Select and Open Java Preferences · Under Temporary Internet Files select Delete Files button · Select OK If you have any further questions, please contact us for support. Thank you.
