How do I clear my Java cache?

Description:

Your Java cache is a temporary storage area where frequently accessed data can be stored for rapid access.  Once the data is stored in the cache, future use can be made by accessing the cached copy rather than having to download the Elluminate content every time you enter a session, therefore lowering your connection time.

Sometimes we have to ask you to remove this content so that we can confirm that what you have in storage is complete and current.

Select Java Version: (What version do I have?)

            Java 1.6

            Java 1.5

I am using a 64-bit system how do I confirm I have the correct version of Java installed?

Java Web Start opens and then disappears.

I keep getting the error “The application has requested a version of the JRE (version 1.4+) that currently is not locally installed. Java Web Start is unable to automatically download and install the requested version. This JRE must be installed manually.” What can I do?
